The Miami Heat play as Vice City on Wednesday, November 18, hosting the Milwaukee Bucks at Kaseya Center on the eve of GTA 6’s launch. The game is on ESPN. ESPN’s story gives no tip-off time, but GTA BOOM says 7 PM ET, and the Heat’s own event page shows the same time and lists Local 10 as well.

That page also promises a one-night Vice City court and Burger Shot and Cluckin’ Bell food stands. ESPN says the Heat are partnering with Rockstar Games on the night.

The jerseys

The jerseys were unveiled on November 6, with Travis Scott’s Cactus Jack brand and Nike involved. There are two designs:

  • The fan jersey: a black Swingman with pink and white accents, “Vice City” across the chest, a “VI” nod and pink stars.
  • The on-court uniform: the one players wear, which GTA BOOM says keeps the Heat logo, with map details worked in.

How they’re sold: where reports clash

Source What it says
ESPN Both versions sell on November 18, in limited numbers
GTA BOOM The Swingman is the fan version, sold at the arena on the night in limited numbers
OutKick Its writer understood that you have to attend the game to get one
The Heat “Vice City” uniform: “Available for purchase Nov. 18th at A Night In Vice City”. Separate Heat uniform: “On Court Only”

The team’s wording should carry the most weight, and it fits GTA BOOM’s version best: one jersey on sale at the event, not ESPN’s two.

It still leaves gaps. There’s no price, no quantity, no mention of online sales and no statement that you need a ticket. A “Uniform Drop” sign-up sits on the page without saying what that means.

So if you can’t get to Miami, don’t count on buying one, and be wary of anyone selling them before November 18. The Heat’s separate Vice City apparel collection is on sale now, in person and online, its page says.

Where tip-off falls in launch week

By tip-off, GTA 6 will already be out in much of the world, but not in the US:

  • 6 AM ET: New Zealand unlocks first.
  • 7 PM ET: tip-off, the same moment GTA 6 unlocks in the UK.
  • Midnight ET: the reported US unlock, five hours after tip-off.

Every other date is on our GTA 6 timeline and in our launch calendar.
